LGBTQIA RC Community Intern Application 2016 - 2017
Community Interns are more than Program Coordinators; they are scholars, visionaries, and advocates. Interns serve as community liaisons for the diverse Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender, Queer, Intersex, Asexual (LGBTQIA) community/ies.

Our work at LGBTQIA Resource Center aims to create: 1) an open, safer, intentional, consciously inclusive space and 2) a community that promotes learning, discovery, and scholarship about gender and sexual identities.

Our work requires that we engage collaboratively with other community centers (AB540 and Undocumented Student Center, CCC, SRRC, WRRC, etc), and serve as liaisons to student- scholars, student organizations, faculty, Ethnic/Cultural Studies Departments, administrators, and staff to maintain communication and flow of information.
