DIY: GOOGLE DRIVE WORKSHOP SERIES
Out of touch with the technological times? Looking to maximize the efficiency of your business or organization? Then it’s time to get familiar with Google Drive! Join the first workshop in a series as CoLab founder Joseph Kurtz and Tool Library staff provide you with the 101 knowledge of how to get the most out of your Google Drive. To attend the entire workshop series there is a suggest $5 donation, but the workshop series is FREE to attend so bring your Ma or grandpa who need to get with the future.
The first workshop will take you thru navigating Google Drive - introducing you to the features it provides, how it can be synced to your pictures & phone, and seeing what you want to take away from this series.
The second workshop will get you familiar with the basics of Google Docs [i.e Word] and GMail - from navigating to sharing to exporting, we’ll teach you it all!
The third workshop will take you thru the basics of designing and creating a Google Form which you can use to create a petition, a poll, questionnaire, and more!
The fourth workshop will take you thru the basics of Google Sheets [i.e Excel] & Fusion Tables
The fifth and final workshop will allow participants to create a presentation from Google Slides [i.e PowerPoint]
*REMEMBER TO BRING YOUR COMPUTER! WE'LL PROVIDE THE WIFI. Also, participants must have a GMail account. We can set one up for you on the day of the workshop if need be. *
