It’s structured program is designed to enhance leadership skills, promote academic excellence, and broaden social skills of young upcoming males from grades 5 through 12 in the Dallas area. The Alpha Merit Group is affiliated with the Alpha Sigma Lambda Chapter of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc., the oldest African American Greek-letter organization in the United States of America and abroad.
