• Students must have their own transportation to and from rehearsal. • Rehearsal starts a 4:00pm and ends at the time indicated on the schedule. • Parents must escort student into the building and check in with the director (Sarah Riddell or Natalie Colgan) • There will be a designated check in/check out area that will be communicated once rehearsals start. • Parents must come inside the building to pick up student and check out with the director. • If there are other adults that will be picking up/dropping off your student, you will be required to provide a list to the directors.  They will need to show their ID in order to leave with your student.

• Jane and Michael Banks will fly during this show. • We have a professional company that will safely install the flying rig and teach our staff how to use it. • Please notify us asap if your child is afraid of heights. • You will have to sign an additional release for the flying company.  We will provide the form and send it for you.

• This is a heavy commitment for Jane and Michael Banks.  They are on stage frequently. • In order to do our best to create an age appropriate experience, there will be a designated area where students can leave their things and hang out when not on stage. • No high school student (other than the assigned student liaison) will be allowed in this designated area. • We will assign a “student liaison” for the duration of rehearsal/shows.  This high school student with be your student’s “go-to” for questions/concerns.  The high school student will make sure your students is comfortable and knows where to go for entrances/exits, escort them to the restroom, etc.

• Students are expected to attend every rehearsal, unless otherwise noted on their conflict sheet. • If the student needs to be absent due to illness or other reason, parents should contact Natalie Colgan at ncolgan@wths.net as soon as possible. • If a student misses more than 5 rehearsals, we reserve the right to remove them from the show. • Please look over the schedule carefully and list any conflicts that would affect rehearsal. • If there is any change in the rehearsal schedule, the directors will contact the parents as soon as possible.

The play's rehearsal period is the longest at Warren.You must commit to being at rehearsal every day if a member of the cast.  List any and all conflicts (work, church, extra curricular, choir, band, speech, v2) between weekdays from 3:30 – 6:30pm and Saturdays from 9am-3pm between now and the show dates. Cast members must be at rehearsal every day. Every cast and crew member must attend strike for the show. Please be honest when listing conflicts. If you need to miss rehearsal, please notify your directors. If you miss more rehearsals(other than the conflicts you listed) you will be removed from the show.
