Summer Camp Counselor Application Form

Requirements:
- Minimum age of 16 by December 31, 2016
- First-time applicants must have attended camp at least 2 times. This must be experience as a CAMPER.
- Must be available for:
          Training weekends on June 18-19 & June 25-26 (Saturday to Sunday)
          All camp dates on June 30 - July 4 (Thursday to Monday)
