Hi, NUCS is one of the only clubs in the state that issues refunds. Unfortunately, when a person registers, the state or organization withdrawls a percentage of the registration fees. However, because we recognize that things happen we will return the fees that were paid to us before he season start, this is usually over 50%.
To apply for your refund, please fill out this form. Please recognize that it may take up to a few months for the refund as we are often very busy getting the season going, and then running the season etc. Often, refunds aren't focused on unless their is downtime or the end of the season. However, if you have an urgent financial crisis, please contact David Josse, president@northutahcountysoccer.com about expediting the refund.
After the season starts, there are no refunds. (As per FAQ's and the ELA signed at the time of registration) However, we are not jerks, so if there are extenuating circumstances, please let us know and we will make every attempt to work with you.
Payments made at the time of registration do NOT guarantee acceptance or placement. In the event we are unable to place your child on a team, a full refund may be given.
If transferring to another club, submitting the refund form does NOT release your player from NUCS. All transfers require a completed PAF be sent to the appropriate UYSA personnel.
Depending on the timing of your registration and your request, a refund may be issued to your card, or you may receive a check.
