Override form for some upper level Math & Stat courses (Spring '16)
This form is to be used to request a possible override for Spring 2016 into one of the following courses:  Math 300, Math 370, Math 425, Math 438, Math 471, Math 475, Math 537, Math 545, Stat 515, Stat 516.  

For other Math & Stat courses at the level of 400 or higher, please email the instructor directly.
