Participants' status:
1. Debaters aged 14-19 with coaches/chaperons
2. Debaters aged 18-19 without coaches/chaperons
3. Independent adjudicators
4. Observers

Every team should have minimum three speakers. If the team is missing one speaker, they can compete only if they find their teammate among the observers or any free speakers. Please contact the Organizing staff ASAP in that situation and they will help you and find a speaker for your team

There is no institution or country limit.
Team cap in English speaking division is 28. So please be in a hurry.

Every team with coach, free judge or observer should submit your application on time by April 12.
