Delegates Aumann and West Scholarship
Dear Student,

Welcome to our application for a House of Delegates scholarship.  Providing scholarships to deserving young people in Baltimore County is one of the most rewarding parts of our jobs.  

Before starting the application, please take a moment to ensure that you are eligible.

First, ensure that you live in District 42B.  To find your legislative district, visit this interactive website and enter your address: http://mgaleg.maryland.gov/webmga/frm1st.aspx?tab=home&poptype=find&popid=

Second, ensure that you have already filled out the FAFSA, and have done so before March 1st.  If you have not yet filled out the FAFSA, you may do so at https://fafsa.ed.gov/

Finally, confirm that you plan to study in Maryland, or pursue a unique major at an out-of-state school that is not offered in Maryland.  To get a scholarship for a unique major, you must receive unique major status from the Maryland Higher Education Commission.  They can be reached at 410-767-3301.

Regretfully, we cannot offer you a scholarship unless you meet each of these three qualifications.

Finally, please be sure to finish your application before our deadline of Friday April 3, 2015.
