2018 WASC Surveys - Parents
As St. Francis High School seeks renewal of accreditation from the Western Catholic Educational Association (WCEA) and the Western Association of Schools and Colleges (WASC), we ask that you provide your input by completing this survey. Feedback from all groups of our community provides valuable data as we reflect on our school’s accomplishments and plan for the future. The deadline for completing the survey is FRIDAY, APRIL 29, 2016.

PARENT SERVICE HOURS: This survey takes 15-20 minutes, but you may earn 2 parent service hours by providing your name and email address and indicating on your volunteer hours report form that you completed this survey.

NOTE: These survey questions are required by the Ensuring Educational Excellence (E3) protocol. We're asking about your PERCEPTION related to these items. PLEASE RESPOND TO THE BEST OF YOUR ABILITY.  You may skip only those that are optional. If you make a mistake, simply choose another answer choice.  You also have the opportunity to edit responses after submitting.  IF YOU HAVE TROUBLE SUBMITTING THE SURVEY, check that you completed all required questions, which will be highlighted in RED.  Leaving them blank will prevent submission of the survey.
