Memorial 4th Grade Field Day Sign Up June 11, 2015
Field day is an afternoon of fun games and activities. The requested volunteer time runs from 12:15-2:30. We are looking for two walkers per class, two volunteers to run each game, as well as water station, set up and clean up volunteers.

If you have more than one child attending school at Memorial, please fill out this form for each child.

We have a rain date of June 18, 2015.

We will do our best to accommodate your volunteer preference, but we appreciate flexibility as we plan.

There will be no paper sign up this year. Please help to spread the word. Go green!

If you haven't been COR'd, just stop by the school office to do so. You just need your driver's license - it can be done in about five minutes. Note: For the safety of our children, only CORI'd Field Day volunteers will be allowed to attend field day. All others will be asked to leave. Thank you for your cooperation.
