Hot Lunch Order Form - November 2015. Order Deadline - October 22, 2015
Please read this carefully for important information to ensure that your child will receive hot lunch. A few gentle reminders about the hot lunch order form:

1) Please complete one form per child.

2) We are serving hot lunch for over 300 kids, so unfortunately we cannot customize your child’s order or accommodate special requests (e.g. “no cheese” or “light sauce").

3) We do not issue refunds. It is the responsibility of the parent to not order for a day when your child will not be in school.

4) Hot lunch orders will be billed through the school's FACTS billing system. Parents will be sent an invoice each month. Please login to your FACTS account to setup your billing and communication preferences.

5) The deadline for completing the online form is firm. Time is needed to process the orders and submit them to the vendors. Late submissions will not be accepted.
