STUDENT GUIDELINES FOR COMPLETING THE SHAWNEE ATHLETIC BOOSTERS SCHOLARSHIP

• The application MUST be typed.
• Applications are due NO LATER than 3:00 p.m. on FRIDAY, APRIL 8th, 2016.
• Your $500.00 scholarship is paid directly to you by check and presented at the annual Scholarship Awards Night.
• If you are the recipient of any Financial Aid and/or an Athletic Scholarship, it is your responsibility to discuss with your recruiter or the college’s financial aid office how this scholarship may affect your athletic eligibility. If you have any questions, the guidance office has the NCAA rules and regulations for review.
