Inventory Reservation Agreement
I agree that by agreing below, I will take full responsibility for the items that I have checked out from the Asian American Student Association. If any of these requirements are not fulfilled, my organization will take full responsibility to pay the required fee and understand that our access to the AASA inventory will be limited. While in my organization’s possession, we will be required to:
Ensure that borrowed items are returned to AASA in the same state that given
Returned borrowed items within 3 days after the event
By agreeing below, I will abide to and follow the instructions above understanding that breaking those agreements will result in a monetary penalty. *
