7 Circles Permaculture Action Day REGISTRATION FORM
Join Permaculture Action Network at 7 Circles Heritage Center Wednesday May 25th, the day before Summer Camp Music Festival! Seven Circles Heritage Center is a community space to preserve, restore and share indigenous culture and Native American teachings. It is a spiritual gathering place for all people to cultivate cross-cultural understanding and respect by sharing knowledge and developing community.
This is an alcohol-free property -- please be respectful of this community and come prepared to work, learn, connect, and share in good company. This is an opportunity to gather responsibly to collectively activate and install the living systems that will exist on this land for generations to come, GENERATIONS! To be clear this opportunity is a gift, a gift by 7 Circles to host and share indigenous wisdom and a gift of our collective energy to work the land and contribute to their community center.
So what will we be doing?
As part of a continuing and growing permaculture education program at Summer Camp Music Festival, this collaboration with the Permaculture Action Network will be providing opportunities to participate in small-scale earthworks to improve water retention on the land (anyone can do it!), learn more about native traditions, install a native edible food forest, traditional 3-sisters gardens, traditional medicinal herb garden and native habitat plantings. This will be a great opportunity to connect share and learn with other like-minded and interested people, while adding biological diversity and resiliency intended to restore, regenerate, and renew the land!
