This member's profile is to be completed by agencies signifying their interest to be part of the Cash Working Group - Philippines. More importantly, this form shall provide a basis for disaster response preparedness. Through this minimum information, locations and operational capacity can be mapped out to respond to future emergencies most proximate to affected areas.
The member's profile, notwithstanding new agencies coming in during disaster, will form as basis for mass base of the CWG for purposes of quorum/majority and decision-making consensus for advocacy and major actions to be taken as a collective and collegial body.
By completing this form, the agency is committing to be part of the CWG that will include attending attending regular meetings, providing information (when needed) on contributions to CTP as well as exchanging technical expertise, when necessary.
