Moodle for Teachers (M4T) https://moodle4teachers.org free online professional development network is opening its doors to educators and schools around the globe by offering space to organize online events such as MOOCs, conferences, webinars, live sessions, and online courses for free. Schools, organizations, and individuals are welcome. The only requirement is the number of participants must exceed 5,000 and the topic be educational.

If you'd don't have 5000 participants and would like to get one-on-one support on how to develop and host an online course or event, register here http://www.integrating-technology.org/course/view.php?id=532 The fee is $281.40 per course for the duration of a year.
