Book review is very standard, I receive a copy/ecopy (your choice), and give my honest option about it. I post the review on goodreads, amazon, B&N, facebook, twitter, and anywhere else I may find the book. Should you need an address for me, Please mark PRINT in the field labeled "Review format" below.
Author interview I can have that ready for you in a few hours. you can have her or possibly you fill it out. It is will consist of a list of questions. You can choose up to 10.

It is normally done by the author. It's purpose is to introduce the characters personality and draw readers into the character.
Author Guest Post is a post on a any subject the author would like to talk about. For example, If the author supports a certain Charity/Cause, hobby, & anything close to the authors heart.
Teaser/Excerpt is a piece of story, a small clip, that may draw readers in to read the book.
Book Giveaway is pretty self-explanatory. Swag is an Item giveaway. Some authors has "Minion Kits", bookmarks, buttons, postcard, book plates, etc.
