830am- 1030am: RX PRO with 20# vest mile run, 100 pullups, 200 pushups, 300 squats, 1mile run (bring your own vest)

11am- 1230pm: RX mile run, 100 pullups, 200pushups, 300 squats, 1mile run

1pm - 2pm: scaled: 1mile run, 50 pullups, 100 pushups, 150 squats, 1mile run

2pm - 3pm: beginner: 1mile run, 25 pullups or RR, 75 pushups, 100 squats, 1mile run
