青年長者合作組 Youth for Chinese Seniors Volunteer Form
Applications are accepted on an ongoing basis.

There are a few questions asking about your related knowledge, opinions, and experience! This is so we have an idea of where volunteers are coming from and will shape what future volunteer training sessions will look like. Please reply to the best of your ability and do not feel pressure to provide a perfect answer (we are not looking for one!).

Please read the volunteer responsibilities description: http://bit.ly/1RQCkrX

Contact Yulanda, Chinese Seniors Outreach Worker and coordinator of the project, at y4cs@atira.bc.ca with any questions.
