‘We are all alive therefore we will die’.  We all know this intellectually, and yet most of us have not come to terms with the truth of our existence.  We live our lives as if we will go on forever;  this ‘head in the sand’ mentality gives us an unrealistic view....we do not realise how liberating it is
to face our life with an awareness of our own mortality;  how this enriches our experiences and teaches us to value this life.  On this course we will also see how we can become more positive
In daily life, increasing our loving kindness, compassion and wisdom.
