Wildflower 2016 Communications Crew Sign-ups
One form needs be filled out for every volunteer, or person actually volunteering their time talking on radios. People who don't have their licenses can still volunteer in areas such as dispatch, Information, riding with rovers, etc. If you don't have a Amateur Radio license, leave the "Callsign" field blank below.

Non-volunteers, or people who will not be volunteering at all during the weekend, should be listed as guests. Guests do not need to fill out this form.

The Triathlon will be April 29 - May 1, 2016 (Friday-Sunday).

This is a multi-page form. We're sorry it's long, but this is so we can hopefully get all the info at once and not need to send out multiple emails in the future to get other details. There is a comments box at the end of this form, so if you have any questions or concerns while filling out this form, keep it in mind as you continue filling out this form.

As we get closer to the event, please expect a few emails from the Communications Committee with details and updates relevant to your volunteering. We try to keep emails to a minimum for you, but if you're interested in the behind the scenes 10 emails/day from the committee, feel free to email wildflowerstaffing@gmail.com to get involved!

Also a friendly reminder that all volunteers are expected to be at our volunteer meeting at the Visitor Center on Friday at 8pm.
