Instructions
This is a common application for all SHAC leadership and staff positions. The application is organized by program with all available positions in each program listed on the same page. Feel free to skip any page with positions that don't interest you.

Because this application is comprehensive to many different programs within SHAC, different leaders may have requested that we include seemingly redundant questions throughout. If this is the case for two positions you are interested in, feel free to copy/paste your response from one to the other - for instance, you do not need to invent unique ways of describing your leadership experiences to multiple programs, but you do need to include a response to both sections on the form as they will be directed to separate application readers.

Most positions will transition leadership at the beginning of Spring semester, but the specifics of transition timelines are up to each program. Notably, the medical clinic directors will transition before the close of Fall 2015.

Please see this document (https://docs.google.com/document/d/1DzZ_93vokVNEOoVg2KKt0Sp7KJPiV_lhfhL_gAxO7sU/edit?usp=sharing) for definitions of terms used throughout the application.

Please see this document (https://docs.google.com/document/d/1mR6qaTAHDVggNL6q21YbloZUqFiWVfc2VIiA0tRmT3Q/edit?usp=sharing) for descriptions of duties and eligibility for all the roles listed in this application.

You may apply to as many positions as you like, but in general, you may hold only one job within a program.

Feel free to browse through the application first, draft your responses offline, then paste your responses into the form. But please only submit the application once. If you experience any issues with the application or need to make revisions, email the SHAC Human Resources Officer at SHAC_HR@med.unc.edu

THE APPLICATION PERIOD HAS BEEN EXTENDED. The application will close on November 9 at 11:59 pm.
