Rules Summary
This entry form is for entry into the Cosplay Contest and not for cosplayers  who wish to coslpay for fun at the expo.

▪  Cost to enter is R50 cash price per entry. You may enter more than once as long as it's with a different costume and in a different category or division.

▪  Only online entries via this form will be accepted. Entries close Monday 5 October, midnight! No late entries will be accepted.

▪  Entrants need to check in at the Legion Ink. booth on Friday, Saturday or Sunday morning early to receive their contest badge and confirm their entry & payment.

▪  Solo Division will be judged on: Presentation, Construction and Character.

▪ We do not provide entry into the expo. Tickets for the expo can be purchased through computicket or at the door.

▪ Cosplayers are advised to use Entrance #3.

Skill Level Summary (for more info, refer to Comprehensive Rules):
● MASTER (difficult) ●
skilled or professional cosplayer/crafter/performer with extensive cosplay experience and/or awards.

● INTERMEDIATE (moderate) ●
must have some cosplay/crafting/skit experience & is not a first-timer, novice or youth.

● NOVICE (casual) ●
beginners, first-timers or casual cosplayers/crafters/performer who have entered once before or never in any cosplay contest. Must be over the age of 14.

● YOUTH ●
all cosplayers aged 14 or below.

Credit/Debit card = R55


Please note that SnapScan and Debit/Credit card payments will incur an additional R5 fee to cover bank charges! If paying by cash deposit, you MUST include the cash deposit fee.

All payments not made at the expo, needs to reach us by end of business day,Tuesday 6 October 2015.

If paying EFT, cash deposit or snapscan prior to the expo, please mail us at cosplay@legionink.com and let us know you've paid.
