Thank you for registering for the Lifespan Faith Development program at Unitarian Universalist Congregation in Blacksburg.

This form is used to register all members of the family for children's classes and activities for all ages, including:
- Nursery (ages 0-3)
- Children's RE Classes (PreK-grade 8)
- Coming of Age (grade 8)
- Middle School Youth Group (grades 6-8)
- YRUU (grade 9-12)
- Our Whole Lives

For parents registering for MSYG and YRUU: this registration includes our Permission Form. Please have your insurance information handy.

Registration must be completed each year.
