Wireless Internet Access Form
This form needs to be completed for your mobile device to have access on the school district network.  If you use your mobile device here at school, you will need to follow the guidelines of the schools' Acceptable Use Policy.

Students will need to take their mobile device to the HS library to have it verified before it is approved.  Student issued chromebook & charger must be returned first.

One device can be registered per person.
