Non-Profit organizations looking for new ways to raise funds or earn community service hours can fill out this form to apply to be a part of our Volunteer Program. Submissions are received, reviewed, and approved within five business days.  Organizations are picked on a first come, first serve basis.  More than one organization may be selected to work one event.  

If approved, your Team Lead(s) will receive additional information regarding paperwork, training, scheduling, and uniforms.  Approval does not guarantee an organization will participate.  All necessary paperwork must be completed at least one week prior to the event in order for your organization to be confirmed to participate in the Volunteer Program.  Your contact person for the program is Addison Shedd (ashedd@3cdc.org) if you have additional questions, comments or concerns.
