Wildcat Challenge Registration Form

Our tournament is a qualifier for the 2017 MIDDLE SCHOOL NATIONAL CHAMPIONSHIP TOURNAMENT in DALLAS, TX May 13, 2017. The TOP 15% of our field will be invited to the MSNCT. Last year we were also a qualifier for the Questions Unlimited National Academic Championship. We will have pool play in the morning; the results will be used for seeding in the playoff rounds. The exact format will depend on the number of teams that register, but all teams will be guaranteed five games. We will be using an NAQT Middle School series (MS-19) set of questions. All participating teams will get a complete copy of the set of questions used for the tournament. Registration will begin at 7:00 AM CST with matches beginning at 8:30 AM CST. Match rules will follow a modified NAQT format

Officials Equipment
All teams participating must provide at least one moderator and a buzzer system with operator.  Schools with more than two teams only need to provide two moderators and systems.  Please list your official names/duties and equipment type below.  Registration discounts will be given for additional moderators ($10), systems with operators ($5), and out of state teams ($10).  A minimum registration fee of $50 is required for each team.

We are requiring that each team enclose a non-refundable check for the registration amount. In the event that your team cannot compete in the tournament, you will be mailed a packet containing all question sets.  Once you submit the registration form, an invoice will be sent for your registration amount.  The base fee is $75 with discounts for extra officials, systems, and out of state teams.
