2015 Joint KLA/MLA Conference Presentation Proposal Form

Please use this form to submit your proposal for the 2015 Joint Conference of the Kansas and Missouri Library Associations, "Libraries Without Borders," September 30-October 2 in Kansas City, MO. We are accepting submissions for all of the following types of proposals: breakout sessions, table talks, poster sessions, pre-conferences, and networking events.

PROPOSALS ARE NOW DUE BY FRIDAY, MAY 15, 2015.

Conference coordinators may distribute these proposals to groups within KLA and MLA for sponsorship or co-sponsorship, if necessary. Based on physical space and available rooms at the conference site, the conference coordinators will recommend the slate of selected programs.

PLEASE NOTE: In general, presenters are required to register for the conference. This will be a rare opportunity to showcase your presentation to members of 2 state conferences! We encourage you to submit a proposal for presentations. You may be doing something at your library that may not seem extraordinary to you, but others may find it new and fascinating. Don't be shy; let us have it!

New this year, we have an opportunity to expand our reach. As we are eliminating borders, we are offering the chance to have your presentation recorded and available on the conference website. We also extend the option to potential presenters to record a presentation remotely. Good luck!
