Stanford University MS&E Course Common Application - Winter 2016
Thank you for your interest in taking Management Science and Engineering (MS&E) courses in the Winter 2016 quarter! Due to high demand, the following courses have historically hit enrollment constraints in the Winter Quarter, and will use this application to select students:

- MS&E 178 (Roizen)
- MS&E 185 (Siino)
- MS&E 189 (Lifschitz)
- MS&E 271 (Kosnik, Smith)
- MS&E 280 (Sutton)

Filling out the application below will allow MS&E faculty to give you expedited course admissions decisions. In order for faculty to make informed decisions, we ask that all students provide honest responses in accordance with Stanford University's Fundamental Standard:

"Students are expected to show both within and without the University such respect for order, morality, personal honor, and the rights of others as is demanded of good citizens. Failure to do this will be sufficient cause for removal from the University."

You must complete and submit this form by Monday, January 4th, 2016 at 6:00 PM to be considered for these limited enrollment classes in the MS&E department. In addition to completing this form, you must attend the first day of class to be considered for a spot.
