Henrico County Fall 2016 Citizen Fire Academy Course Application
We are currently accepting applications for the Fall 2016 Citizen Fire Academy, which we anticipate starting in September 2016.  Completing this form will add you to our registration wait list, and we will be in touch as we get closer to the start of the class in 2016.  Applications for the Spring 2016 CFA are closed.

All sections of the application must be completed to be considered.  You will be sent another form via email or postal mail to complete the required criminal history background check and DMV check to participate in the course.  Please contact us at FireCFA@henrico.us with any questions, and we look forward to seeing you in class!
