Color Me Summer! Bazaar Application
Hello Merchants!

Thank you for your interest in The Weekend Showroom's Color Me Summer! Bazaar, which will be held from April 17 to 23 (7 days) at The Podium Mall in Ortigas.

We are looking for merchants with items related to kids, families, and arts and crafts -- including handmade items and art supplies. We are also looking for food and drinks booths that any family will surely enjoy.

Target market are the regular shoppers of The Podium Mall, which is SM Megamall's sister mall for the upscale market. They include ADB employees, which also has a lot of expats, as well as executives and managers from surrounding offices in Ortigas. The BDO Corporate Office is also connected to The Podium Mall, so they are known to shop for food and bargains at bazaars held in the Atrium. Not to mention residents of nearby high-end condominiums in the Ortigas Center, as well as exclusive villages nearby which includes Valle Verde 1 to 6, Corinthian Gardens, Corinthian Hills, Green Meadows and White Plains.

To further increase foot traffic, we will be having spots on an LED board along EDSA, where 520,000 cars pass by each day. We have also dedicated a workshop / activity area at the end of the atrium where we will provide free arts and crafts workshops and interactive activities for kids and families.

Color Me Summer! A Family Summer Arts & Crafts Bazaar!
Rates and Booth Lay-Out
Early Bird Rate (if full-payment received by April 7, 2017): PHP 12,600 good for 7 days already
Regular Rate: PHP 14,000 for 7 days

BOOTH INCLUSIONS: This already includes 2 chairs and 1 table. There will be additional rental for requests of additional chairs and tables. To keep the look of our event uniform, we will not allow you to bring your own tables and/or chairs unless we see a picture of it beforehand.

Other items not allowed in booth set-up: class A or inauthentic items, wire mesh, plastic hangers that have colors other than black or white. panel covers secured with metal clips, handwritten signs (even if temporary), items not specified in booth application. Booth must be kept clean and orderly at all times.

You may see below for your choice of booth location. Food booths are reserved for the middle booths-- non food booths may take the outer booths. Please let us know your top 3 options for your booth of choice in the form below.

Completion of Booth Application form does not mean application is automatically approved, or that you are already committing to participate. We will still need to get Podium's approval for your application, but we will strive to get back to you within 24 hours. Terms and conditions, inclusions and exclusions can also be seen below. The sooner you apply, the sooner you get approved and the sooner you can choose your ideal booth! So please fill up the form if you are interested.

Terms, Conditions, Inclusions, Exclusions
1.  First come, first served. Full payment is required within 48 hours of booth reservation. No Pencil Booking, NO Cancellation. Booths are non- transferable and non-refundable.

2. To better market the event, we have pre screened selected vendors. Only the items mentioned in the description submitted shall be allowed to manage competition and marketing among the vendors. We reserve the right to pull-out items not disclosed in this application form on the day of the event itself.

3. Concessionaires shall be provided with 2 chairs and 1 table. Vendors are responsible to set up their own tables and booths in accordance to the specified area in the layout map.  Height of the booth shall not exceed 5 feet tall. Additional tables and chairs can be rented, rental rate to be announced.

4. Power outlet shall be provided with consumption of 500W per day.

5. All vendors and concessionaires are required to announce & share the event poster on their social media accounts.

7. No loud noise or disturbing activities. Respect your surroundings. No littering or destruction of plants, structures, etc. Vandalism or damage to tables, walls, etc. will be penalized.

8. Organizer shall not be liable for any damage, loss or injury suffered by booth/exhibitors.

9. In case of problems during the bazaar, please inform the organizers immediately. Complaints will not be entertained after the event.

10.  The concessionaires and vendors agrees to strictly adhere to the operating hours. No early pull outs are allowed.

11. It is in agreement that upon submission of the application, the vendor agrees to all terms and conditions.
