Saskatchewan Trade & Export Partnership (STEP) is recruiting companies to participate in a trade mission to Canada’s largest digital health event. Now in its 18th year, the e-Health Conference & Tradeshow attracts 1,500 health professionals in the digital health space. Attendees include Executives, Managers, Health Data professionals, Health Regions, ICT professionals, Governments and others.

The event is hosted by Digital Health Canada, Canada Health Infoway and the Canadian Institute for Health Information. Exhibiting companies are offered direct access to decision makers in the health informatics community.

OPTIONS AND COST FOR EXHIBITING

• Full booths cost $4,000 CAD. They come with a 6’ table, 2 chairs, logo and bio on the app and website, booth header panel name and two show passes with the opportunity to purchase 4 more.

• Depending on the amount of member interest, STEP will book a booth and allow members to put up one pop-up banner, tabletop materials and use the booth for demos. The cost for sharing the STEP booth is $1,500 + tax.

• The “Startup Zone” is for emerging technology entrepreneurs. 20 applicants will be selected who will display a creative and engaging use of technology and innovative delivery model to improve health service in Canada. These 6’ by 6’ kiosks are $1,750

STEP Market Access Program (MAP) - a funding program for new market development efforts may be available for regular members. If approved, STEP MAP would provide reimbursement on eligible expenses, including flights and hotels, for 1-2 company representatives as well as booth space rental fees.
