171st MTA Annual Meeting of Delegates Sheraton Boston Hotel Reservation Form
This hotel reservation form is for MTA Staff, Board, Executive Committee, MTA Past Presidents, and Working Committees ONLY. Everyone else should use the direct online link to the hotel (to access go to www.massteacher.org/am) or fill out the hotel reservation paper form that was mailed to you. The deadline for this form is Thursday, April 14, 2016. Forms received after the cut-off date will be handled on a space-available basis; no guarantee can be given for late requests.
