Thank you for completing the online registration form for Dual Credits. This is the 1st step in the application process. To complete your application, please obtain a copy of both the Consent form and the specific College Application form (either Conestoga, Humber or Georgian) from your Guidance Counselor or print a copy from the Dual Credit website (www.ugdsb.ca/dualcredit) under the "How to Apply" menu. Once completed and signed, please submit to your guidance counselor.
