This is the pre-registration form for Bike Fest! Bike Fest is an event raising funds for the SBUMC Child Life Hospital Fund and WUSB 90.1FM and 107.3FM  Stony Brook University's non-commercial radio station


When you register for Bike Fest you are entered into an event drawing for a bicycle give away and some other cool healthy lifestyle and safety prizes. Your registration information is not shared with anyone else.

$2 students
$5 community members
