    Level 1 - Sedentary position requiring no physical exertion, Level 2 - Primarily a fixed position with some limited movement, Level 3 - Positions requiring walking for 50% of the assigned work period, Level 4 - Positions requiring walking for 75% of the work period with little time for rest, Level 5 - Position requiring constant movement 100% of the time and no time for rest.
Are you a member of ARES, CERT, Teen-CERT or C-CERT? If so what is your unit? If you are a member of more than one unit please list them all.
