1. Pay for you jacket at our Budo Store (http://www.budocentral.com/budos-store/budo-jacket-store/ )  or pay Johanne in Class.
2. Fill out this form.
3. We will then get in sizer jackets, so you can try on the jacket and confirm the size and fit.

Keep in mind that an order will not be placed unless it is completely paid in full.

Jackets are being sold at our cost so there are no discounts for multiple orders.

The price includes the jacket, crest on the front, text on the back with club style, and your name on the sleeve and taxes.
