The Signature Page along with the registration fee ($200) and copy of your NAfME card must be postmarked by this date as well.

1) payment (money order, school check, or booster club check) made out to NCMEA SCDBA Treasurer,
2) the signature form including the band director signature,
3) and a COPY OF YOUR NAfME card to:
