Please fill out all fields below before the start of the new 2016-17 school year, so that your child may be placed into their preferred music class. All 4th grade students are given the option of joining strings (most students participate), while 5th and 6th grade students are given the option of joining strings OR band (most students participate).

Students who choose band or strings will have one general music class a week, and one instrumental music lesson a week. Students who choose NOT to do band or strings will have two general music classes a week.

Please submit one form per child.
