AWARD CEREMONY FOOD (or, honestly, great food for any other time during the event!).
If you can't make the event, but can get us food, especially to help people celebrate/refuel at the Award's Ceremony, great!  Let us know what you can offer and how you can get it to us below.  Y'all make TARC aid stations the best with your mad kitchen skills, so we wanted to make the TARC 100 an uber-version of that!  Our aid stations will be vegetarian, but for the awards ceremony, feel free to open the doors on protein.

AID STATIONS & TIMING
Available shifts, broken down in 8-hour chunks (email tarc100volunteers@gmail.com if you have further questions).  We hope to have REAL food for our crews, and highly encourage those working at aid stations to bring a lil' summin summin to share with their fellow volunteering Animals . . .).  Your role will vary greatly from timing, to food prep, to motivational speaker, to preacher, to kitchen clean up, to things we've never even thought of before, and may or may not be comfortable doing ourselves . . .

GEAR BREAKDOWN - unsung, but HUGELY IMPORTANT!!!!!!!
Available shifts, broken down in 4-hour chunks.  We cannot stress HOW IMPORTANT this job is.  It ain't sexy, but when the "Team Breakdown" angels float in to take away all the aid station gear, they are a Yeti's favorite Animal.  Ever.  Period.  This involves breaking down the gear from our 5.5 aid stations, and returning it to our storage shed (onsite) mail tarc100volunteers@gmail.com if you have further questions).
Yes.  I can be a hero.

AWARDS CEREMONY
We will need some fresh folks to come to the Start/Finish on Sunday morning, to set up the area for the awards ceremony, lay out the food, organize the finisher prizes, setup the sound system (if we have it, if it's not going already).  And give a lot of high-fives.
Sunday, October 11 10:00 AM - 2:00 PM (Only at the Start/Finish)
I'm a professional party planner.  I've got you covered here!
I can move fairly awkward/heavy things.  I can organize jackets/belt buckles. I can cheer.
