Youth Dandelion- Needs Analysis
This Needs Analysis is part of the development of the project "Youth Dandelion". SEAL CYPRUS is planning to apply for funding under "Erasmus+ KA2 – Cooperation for innovation and the exchange of good practices - Capacity Building in the field of Youth". The main theme of the project is Capacity Building regarding the Promotion of Projects and the Dissemination of Project Results.
Dissemination is the process of making the results and deliverables of a project available to the stakeholders and to the wider audience. Dissemination is essential for the success of any project and for the sustainability of results in the long term.
SEAL CYPRUS decided to conduct this analysis with the goal to use it as a reference document for the partnership. This Needs Analysis will also provide us with the opportunity to identify similarities and differences between partners regarding the Promotion and Dissemination practices used for projects funded by the European Union. At this stage, we will try to identify strengths and weaknesses. By defining and understanding the needs of potential partners we expect a. to develop our project as an intervention to meet those needs and b. to develop the best possible partnership.
Please note that we will not choose the partners based on their experience in the field;  it is our goal to combine both experienced and less experienced organizations in the partnership.
You are kindly requested to fill this form even if you are not interested in the partnership; your feedback is valuable to us.
