Liability Waiver
I, in consideration of my participation as a volunteer in Bent Frequency’s Art on the BeltLine performance, hereby agree for myself and my heirs, assigns and legal representatives, to indemnify and defend and hold the Atlanta BeltLine Partnership and Atlanta BeltLine, Inc. and Bent Frequency and each of their officers, directors, employees, volunteers, agents and all other persons officially connected to the Art on the BeltLine projects (the “Indemnitees”) harmless from liability for any and all claims and causes of action of any nature for any and all personal injury, including death, and for all damage to or loss of personal property which might occur while I participate in a cleanup project.
I waive any and all claims or causes of action which I may now or hereafter have against all Indemnitees which may at any time arise as a result of participating in Art on the BeltLine projects. I further expressly understand and agree that the foregoing indemnity, release and waiver is intended to be as broad and inclusive as permitted by the law of the State of Georgia and that if any portion thereof is held invalid, it is agreed that the balance shall, notwithstanding, remain in full force and effect.
I understand that my participation in Art on the BeltLine is strictly voluntary and I freely choose to participate and assume any and all risks associated with my participation. I understand that none of the named Indemnitees provides medical coverage for me and I verify that I will be responsible for any medical costs, and any other damages I may incur as a result of any injuries that I may sustain from my participation in Art on the BeltLine projects.
By signing, participant acknowledges that any photos taken may be used on the Atlanta BeltLine or Bent Frequency websites and/or in print materials.
