Acting Essentials
Learning the essential skills of being a great actor will prepare students for further work in theater.  In this class, students will work with a script of a familiar story, learn to take direction and apply notes as they grow their awareness of the theatrical process and their role as an actor in that process.

This class meets at the Centennial Performing Arts Studios, 211 27th Ave N.  Full tuition will be due on the first day of class, unless payment plan accommodations have been made in advance.  We accept cash, check, or credit card payment.  All credit card payments incur a 2.3% convenience fee.  Checks can be made out to "Metro Parks". All students enrolling in Metro Parks Cultural Arts classes are hereby notified of the following participation policy. *
Parents/Students should be cognizant of inherent dangers in participating in a physical activity. All students should be in good physical condition and be capable of performing the class activities. All students must be covered by full, comprehensive medical insurance to cover any injuries sustained during the classes. Parents/students assume all risks in connection with the course in which they are enrolled. Parents/students should apprise the instructor of any special physical or medical limitations they have at the beginning of class.
