BYU-Idaho E-Text Exception Form
Only use this Exception Form if instructed to by Disability Services, otherwise request your e-Text through the "Access Portal Login" at http://www.byui.edu/disability-services.

This form can be used when a course lists several optional books and the student has to choose what books they are going to read from the list.  Please list the books you are requesting below.

Proof of textbook purchase or rent is required before students will receive E-Text.

If Bookshare has your book, then just download the book without requesting it below. No proof of purchase is required for Bookshare obtained e-Text.
