High School PTSA Membership/Directory Sign-up
Please fill out the information below to sign up for HS PTSA membership and to be included in the School Directory.  As a PTSA member, you will receive a twice monthly electronic newsletter "Lebo Highlights" sent from the Mt. Lebanon HS PTSA. It's full of information about school activities, deadlines and good news about our students and faculty.

If you would like to be a member but not be included in the Directory, you can opt out below.

After you fill out this information on-line, you have two (2) options to pay this year:

1.  Pay through PayPal using the link that appears after submitting this form.
2.  Pay by check  (payable to Mt. Lebanon HS PTSA) and send to our membership chair:
