The following documentation must be provided at the time of enrollment:
1. Proof of Residency in Coppell school district
One of the following may be used:
a) signed settlement statement (you must have already closed on your home); or
b) signed rental/lease agreement (by both parties - student's name must be listed in the occupant section)
2. Two current and different utility bills (containing the resident name and address)
3. Student's Certified Birth Certificate or passport
4. Student's Social Security card (if applicable)
5. Parent / Guardian Driver's License (Photo ID)
a) Custodial parent will need to provide a copy of divorce decree (if necessary)
b) legal guardian must provide court document or notarized paperwork
6. Most recent Report Card
7. Immunization records (Texas state law will not allow any student to start with out this). You will be rescheduled if you do not have immunizations.
You will be contacted by email after July 26th to schedule your registration appointment.
