The Positive and Negative Aspects of 'Word of Mouth' Marketing

I am currently reading for a B.Sc.(Hons.) in Business and IT degree within the University of Malta, and this research is being carried out in part fulfillment of this degree. The aim of this research is to develop knowledge about the positive and negative aspects of 'Word of Mouth Marketing' and it would be very much appreciated if you would take a few minutes (5-10) of your time to complete this questionnaire.
