JB7 NOT POWERING ON - Please check your AC adaptor to see if there is a solid green light. If the light is flickering or not on at all, please check the fuse or if applicable, purchase a new AC adaptor.

JB7 NOT RECOGNIZING EXTERNAL HARD DRIVE - Please first ensure that your external hard drive is formatted to FAT32 Primary.

JB7 FREEZING WHILE IN "BROWSE ALBUMS" - Please first try a clean up. To do this you will need to go to: SETTINGS > MAINTENANCE > CLEAN UP. We recommend doing this 3 times.


JB7 ONLY PLAYING FIRST FEW SECONDS OF EACH TRACK - Please ensure that the play mode is set to "Normal Play". To do this you will need to go to: SETTINGS > PLAY MODE > NORMAL PLAY.
Instructions
1. Ensure you have filled out this form with as much detail as possible.
2. Backup your music if possible. (please note we cannot be held responsible for lost music)
3. Package your JB7 carefully in a box (some JB7's have been damaged in transit due to poor packaging).

***PACKING NOTICE***

Please DO NOT use a jiffy bag to send in your JB7, if the unit is damaged in transit whilst in a jiffy bag the courier will be unable to accept any responsibility for it. Please ONLY use a suitable box.

***ESD***

Please refrain from using polystyrene packing as it creates a large amount of static which can be harmful to internal components on your device and others in our workshop. If you have no other option than to use polystyrene please ensure is is in good condition and not snapped in half or falling apart.
