Empowering Decision Making
As organizations move from hierarchical to flat structures, employees need to be prepared to make effective, strategic, and transparent decisions for their organizations. This kind of decision making saves managerial time, unlocks potential innovation, and increases the confidence and abilities of individuals and teams as a whole.

Join industry leaders for a panel discussion on how to nurture the collective intelligence of a team, explore the essential components of decision making, foster and influence effective decision making in others, and reflect on the barriers to decision making.
